Know who you want?

Do you know what programmer or freelancer you want bidding on your project? Or is there just someone who's previous work really caught your eye?

A Project Manager may designate his or her project "By Invite Only" if they wish to have only specific Freelancers place bids on their project. This enables Project Managers to select who they want to bid on their project, based on previous work experience, talent, or just a great portfolio.

Usually "By Invite Only" projects indicate that a Project Manager has had previous dealings with certain Freelancers and/or is looking for specific qualities and qualifications in their programmer.
