| Does FlipShark.com accept referrals? |

| Yes, FlipShark.com has a great referral program, which is an added benefit for registered Freelancers. When a new Freelancer signs up, he/she is asked if a current Freelancer referred them. If they were, they then type in the user I.D. of the referring member, who in return, receives a referral fee which may be in the form of a credit in his/her account after the new member is a verified subscriber. Best of all, there is no referral limit. You may refer as many new members as you like. |

| Project Manager's can register and post projects in specific categories at no cost whatsoever. Freelancer's will then bid on the project. Once the Project Manager finds the right Freelancer with the appropriate skill set for their project, and the Project Manager and Freelancer agree upon a price, the Project Manager then chooses winning bidder and exchanges contact information with the Freelancer via email in order to begin the project.
Once a new Freelancer signs up, they can begin browsing projects in various categories and place bids on projects which are of interest to them. |

| Your " Manage Account" page gives you access to all of your activities in one place and allows you to manage your account. You can edit your personal user information, view your Buying Activities (If Registered as Project Manager), manage your Selling Activities (If registered as Freelancer), or see all trnasactions that you have conducted at FlipShark.com. |

Cobranding allows registered members to share in the content of your website while adding additional exposure to your members sites.
Once an individual registers he has the option of applying for cobranding status. He then fills out the built in application which is approved or disapproved by FlipShark.com administration.
If approved, the member is then notified via email, with a direction to the area of your site where he can supply his own header and footer templates to encompass the project areas of the script.
